Sip & Bite Salon 

This is where audiences will learn about the opening ceremonies of food traditions as seen throughout the world. Staged as a lounge or casual club, this first level of the Global Supper Food & Wine Experience will give audiences a small taste of the featured Black Winemaker as well as a gastronomic fusion of fine herbs and exotic cocktails. Guests will also enjoy signature horderves and appetizers. Catering to the largest numbers of guests, this space will include a celebrity dj KEMIT  playing world music and house rhythms and will serve as the event hub of activity all centered around the "shrine" - a visual art installation celebrating the history of food traditions and the unity of all cultures through food

 

TIMES OF THE SIP & BITE SALON 4-9pm 

Tasting Room

 Private intimate  sitting will give audiences a chance to interact directly with featured chefs from around the Country  as they prepare the evening's menu in a state of the art demonstration kitchen, displaying their culinary skills and traditional cuisines. Guests will also enjoy direct access to the premium offerings of the featurIng Esterlina Vineyard oldest Black Winery in the Country. This high-end Tasting  will entice every guest to want more.

COMUNAL DINNING EXPERIENCE

Surrounded by the most exquisite settings and decor, creating the most romantic ambiance, the FEAST is the final destination where guest are invited to the communal table to enjoy an exclusive menu. Guest who join this ceremony will be served a nine- course meal. With a special emphasis on farm-to-table, Global Supper partners with some of the finest purveyors of meats and seafood as well as local farmers and gardens to feature the rarest of ingredients in an exciting menu of contemporary world cuisines.

Guests throughout the King Plow Arts Center will enjoy a special offering of dessert sweets and complimenting wines to candlelight and smooth world rhythms for dancing and late evening enjoyment. From featured sweet treats to an authentic Ethiopian Coffee Ceremony, the evening space will be showered with deserts.
